Contracted rates and allocations.
We work with operators on net and contracted rates, seasonal allocations and series bookings, and we would rather agree them properly than quote you rack. Tell us the season, the pattern and the volume you are planning and we will put something in writing.
Room rates are per room, not per person, which is usually where the sums start working - a family or a twin-share costs the same room either way.

Dawn departures are the whole point of a Pilanesberg itinerary, so tell us your pull-out time and we will arrange breakfast around it rather than the other way round. The same goes for a late dinner after an afternoon drive.
What you can build around it.
Pilanesberg National Park - 11 km. Big Five, malaria-free, 55 000 hectares inside an extinct volcano, tarred roads throughout. Open-vehicle drives arranged through reception or bring your own operator.
Sun City - 12 km. A half-day excursion on a day pass, with a shuttle from the hotel.
Boma dinners and sundowner drives - dinner around a fire under the sky, and a late-afternoon drive through the estate's own private reserve that stops at the dam for a drink. Both work at group scale and both are on the property, so there is no gate fee and no curfew.
On the property - a waterpark that is free to guests, a pool, a gym, a spa, quad trails, an obstacle course and sports fields, which matters on the day the drive is rained off. See things to do.

What this is, and what it is not.
This is a comfortable three-star hotel with a pool, a restaurant and a bar, not a five-star lodge on a private concession, and we do not photograph it as one. Your clients will not hear lion from the room. They will sleep well, eat properly, pay a third of the price, and be at the gate before sunrise.
For a lot of itineraries - families, value tours, longer stays, anything where the safari is one part of a bigger trip - that is the better fit. For a two-night luxury safari special, it is not, and we would rather tell you that now.
